It is recommended to run AGNES on a standalone Windows 10 PC with no other software running. AMD Global Telemedicine cannot be held responsible for interference with the proper operation of AGNES due to interactions with other software, including, but not limited to:
- Software that takes up CPU time, impeding the CPU time available to AGNES.
- Software that takes up memory, impeding the memory available to AGNES.
- Software that interferes with or manipulates video, audio capture devices, or processors.
- Software that in any other way impedes the normal operation of Windows and AGNES.

Download the AGNES installer.
Which AGNES Connect installer should be downloaded?
Download the full installer if
- The full download size is needed
- An offline installer for multiple computers is required
- A stable internet connection is not available
Download the Web installer if
- An online installer is needed for one computer or a few computers
- The smallest download size is preferred
- A stable internet connection is available
Double-click the installer to start the installation. While the application is running, the installation image will be displayed.
After installation, the application will request access through the Windows Firewall. This must be allowed to use AGNES. Click Allow access
