Activity

Administrators may be required to audit usage logs of the system from time to time. These logs contain records of user activities, including:

  • Portal login instances
  • Duration of user sessions
  • Whether a patient consultation occurred
  • Whether a video conference was conducted

Access Portal Activity

Open Site Manager

To view Activity, the logged-in user account must have an administrator role.

Right-click the AGNES Connect icon in the system tray and select Site Manager.

Click the "≡" icon in the top left of the home screenand select Activity from the navigation bar. If the option is not available, ensure the logged-in user account has the administrator role.

Under the AGNES logo is a section labeled Search. Search allows viewing session events during a particular timeframe.

Search From

Set the starting date for search by clicking the date below From. This will bring up a calendar where the desired date can be selected.

Search To

Set the ending date for search by clicking the date below To. This will bring up a calendar where the desired date can be selected.

Activity Filters

Filters can be enabled to refine the search results. The search filter can be a group, a facility, or one or more users.

Click the section labeled filter to display a dropdown list. Select the desired filter from the list.

Video Conference Filter

To show only sessions that include Video Conferencing, ensure VC is selected

Search Results

Portal Sessions that match the date parameters will be listed under the section Search Results. The search results can be viewed as a summary, graph, or table.

Activity Summary

Activity Summary displays an overview of all sessions in the selected time period. It includes total sessions, total video conferencing sessions, total patients, average duration, average video conference duration, and average patient duration.

Activity Graph

Activity Graph displays a graphical overview of all sessions in the selected time period. The graph can be set to display by hour, by day, or by week, depending on the granularity required.

Activity Table

Activity Table displays each session in the selected time period. Clicking on a session will display more information about the selected session.

Session Summary & Events

Clicking on a session will show session details.

Session Start Time

Summary displays the following information:

  • Start Time: When a session starts
  • EndTime: When a session ends
  • Duration: How long the session lasted
  • Portal Name
  • Events:
    • Lists date and time for user logins and logouts
    • Lists date and time for updates to patient vital data
